Real Experience

Over 25 years, I led marketing teams, managed business units and ran large client service functions inside major organisations. I know what good strategic thinking looks like in practice, because I've built it, delivered it and been accountable for it - not just studied it.

I made the leap

I left full-time corporate employment to build Blue Feather Coaching. I understand, first-hand, what it takes to step away from the structure of a big organisation and build something of your own - including the bits nobody warns you about.
